MARKETING COORDINATOR


Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote the company’s products, services, and brand. This role is execution–focused and provides coordination, organization, and hands–on support across marketing campaigns, events, and sales collateral. The ideal candidate is detail–oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within established processes, templates, and brand guidelines. This position does not independently develop marketing strategy and works under the direction of marketing leadership.

Position Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, presentations and content across digital, email, and print channels using approved messaging and materials.
  • Design, update and maintain marketing materials and internal documents, including flyers, brochures, business cards, forms, and other materials, using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as needed, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved templates and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all materials align with approved messaging and branding; final creative direction and approvals are provided by marketing leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, training events, and customer meetings, including registrations, shipping, booth materials, and schedules.
  • Maintain event documentation and assist with post–event follow–up and material organization.
  • Schedule social media posts and email communications using approved content.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, promotional items, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with creating and editing short–form video content using existing templates and approved assets for digital banners, website use, email campaigns, and social media. All creative direction and final approvals are provided by marketing leadership.
  • Assist with creating company newsletters using approved templates, layouts, and content; final approvals are provided by marketing leadership.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables for marketing projects.
  • Assist HR with various in–house corporate functions & seasonal events.
  • Assist with basic website content updates and uploads following established guidelines and direction.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact/marketing lists, and CRM uploads.
Certifications/Skills:
  • Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative, team–first mindset.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Lightroom for routine design updates and formatting.
  • Frequent use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email platforms, and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Basic photography skills for documenting products, people, and company events.
  • Proven ability to produce copy for a range of media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well organized and self–motivated.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and copy accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Possible travel may be required for company related events. Some events could be off site and may require overnight travel. Travel expected to be at or below 20% of job duties.
  • Regular in office attendance required to support and collaborate fully with internal Sales & Marketing team as well as other company departments and business units.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field strongly preferred. Other equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Experience

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
